Save the Manatee Club has been the voice for manatees for 41 years. In this presentation, we discuss specific challenges for the manatee population on Florida’s east coast. We also highlight some of Save the Manatee’s ongoing research at Blue Spring State Park. See below for video from this event.

About Our Presenter

Kim Dinkins is Save the Manatee’s Senior Conservation Associate. Although relatively new to manatee issues, much of her career has focused on water supply planning and water quality issues at the local and state levels. She is passionate about protecting Florida’s waterways for manatees and humans alike.
