The Florida Wildlife Hospital (FWH) has been rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing thousands of sick, injured, and orphaned animals in Brevard County since 1973. It is the mission of the FWH to help animals in need and to educate the public on how they can reduce their impact on local wildlife so bring your lunch and come learn about this amazing organization!
The event is free, so bring your friends and family!
Ms. Tracy Frampton has been the Executive Director of the Florida Wildlife Hospital for over 4 years. Before joining the FWH team, she worked in the zoo field for 28 years at four different Association of Zoos and Aquariums accredited facilities, including Brevard Zoo! There Ms. Frampton worked in the Conservation Department as a conservation coordinator for 10 years.
This Brevard County event is free and open to the public; all attendees have to do is register online. If interested and able, we ask participants to donate $5 toward our guest speaker series. MRC’s Brown Bag Lunch educational series is a long-standing and cherished program offered to the East Central Florida coast region, and is supported by volunteers and the community’s charitable giving. All donations are tax-deductible. Attendees are encouraged and welcome to bring and enjoy their lunch during the seminar!
